The Branch Restaurant Bar

My family has been in Yellowstone for three days and out of all the restaurants we've tried, my teenage daughters rated this one the highest. They absolutely loved the food. They were very impressed.

The food was incredible. Rick's service was outstanding, he is truly the best person in the world in my opinion. Rick, if you're reading this, please ask for a raise because you are the backbone of this restaurant. Without you, this restaurant would not survive. And on a side note, the yellow crayon was one of the best crayons I have ever used, even better than Crayola. I was pleasantly surprised and even took it home. I would definitely come back to eat here again, as long as Rick is my server. <3

We waited for over 30 minutes before anyone greeted us at the restaurant. Despite multiple employees seeing our group and others waiting, we were left standing. Once we were finally seated, we waited another 30 minutes for our food. The only server was polite but overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the workload. We decided to give the restaurant another chance for breakfast the next morning, but once again we waited over 10 minutes without a greeting and were then told to wait because there was supposedly no seating available, even though we could clearly see empty tables. The restaurant is poorly managed and the employees appear to lack direction. We would not recommend dining here.

The order got mixed up and had to be remade, meanwhile the rest of the party's food sat under a heat lamp. The dishes were overly salty.
