Old Postal Office in Darling turned into a restaurant cum bakery. Cosy, country feel with the option to sit in our outside. Good menu, good food and good and friendly service.

Visiting Red Box is like visiting a good friend’s farm kitchen, wooden floors and all. Fireplace in winter. Friendly authentic staff. Best puff pasty chicken pies — how do they get it so extra flaky? And the shortcrust quiche — i could eat if just for the crust. Many other goodies too but when the staff see me they start packing my chicken pie — yum
