Now, I always call on them to get the special instructions bc they know that computer errors sometimes happen. this time they didn't get the instructions. I was good 8 minutes in the hand. during this time they had already begun to make the sub, I asked them if they could just pull it out now and I would pick up the pots themselves. their answer was not that they can't do that. So I had to buy another sub to get it as I wanted. then, if I both sub- and my pizza house I know that the first sub they make was extremely burned as black crisp burned. the pizza was chewing on places, the pieces were burned, the sink was cold, and the speck was not existent. not only did they give me no refund, they would not even give me a voucher for money from my next order (if I would ever order there again). None of them, I will not go back to any massey’s, I had much too many bad experiences at this place, this is only the first place taken. so much for massey. I added a picture of the extremely burned sub
I came to learn from them from an eating blog. it is a family owned by the local chain, specializing in ohio style pizza. the pizza was great. it is thin crust, tons pfefferoni and decent cheese. they cut them into squares. very good for partys or game. this place was a little strange. we stopped, and there was no one eating inside. a few deliveries were there. we had to wait a long time to finish the pizza! the owner/man/the manager in the inner cried inside and swallowed in himself. No one has been watching. we also thought about wings. 10 minutes after the command he came out to explain that they ran out of wings. we just wanted the pizza. the pizza came at least after 30 minutes! the whole neighbourhood and the restaurant looks a little shady. the pizza was decent.
This pizza dinner was bought last week. the dinner was a veggie pizza with cheese bread sticks and marinara sauce. the meal was fresh and perfectly cooked. the cheese-bread sticks were soft and warm as I like them. the veggie pizza was packed with fresh medium sized vegetables that were crispy. the soße was perfect for the dive of the Chesebrots. I recommend you try at least 1 times. they also offer flower cabbage and gluten-free for a crust. I didn't try crutty, but I want it.
Okay, so young lady asked me if she could take my order, she even asked about my name.so I command medium meat lover and how they can see the picture pepperoni and what seems to be 2 creatures. on the top of the sauces in the rule when I order meat lover it comes with more than 2 types of meat. Oh yes, it took forever for me to get my food. Now look at what I was funny. they said someone else names held a small box with pizza and a lot box or something that the young lady took my order, she tried to say that the order was mice, then she was loud and said I took her order, I told her more than once that it wasn't me, lucky the other guy stepped up and said it was not his fault she said that it was sorry for me. You think I'm going back there?
So I have always loved Maseys since I first moved to West Columbus 10 years ago. Unfortunately its more expensive than the other pizza places in the area, so when I do splurge on Maseys its been something I look forward to. As I dont buy often because of this, I used to know the product would be worth it. Over the past year or so the decline in service and product has lead me to splurge less and less. So on St Pattys Day I desided to splurge the pizza took 1.5 hrs to get delivered and was burnt black and the wings were burnt and wrong sauce as well.Needless to say worst experience yet and no longer worth the money. Sad we had family drive from 3 hrs to buy this pizza now I have to tell them there once favorite pizza is no more.
