Want to love Costco, but the food court has gone to pot. Wait times are terrible and some (Alex) is just plain rude to many people waiting. Probably not his fault, management needs to fix staffing, but he should not be rude to so many.

They are only selling two hot-food items at most California based Costco Food-courts: Hot-dogs and Pizza. But the lines are short and food seems freshly made.
