Panera Bread - Westlake

I am seriously disappointed that this coffee shop ran out of coffee for hours. I usually visit the Rocky River location, which is perfect. However, when I met a friend at this location this afternoon, I was shocked. It felt more like a Panera cafe trying to be something it's not. I stayed for 4 hours and there was no coffee available. Even when we notified the team twice, they were not very responsive. Finally, when I was leaving at 7, they offered a light roast coffee that was full of grounds. I hope this was just an isolated incident. I doubt I will be returning to this location, but if I do, I hope for a better experience. I will update my review accordingly.

If you opt for the pick 2 option, the half sandwich is more like a tiny finger sandwich. It was literally only 3 bites. I will not be going to Panera again. The prices for the portion size are outrageous. Thirteen dollars for such a small portion is ridiculous.
