I was already with this mcdonald and it wasn't the biggest, but I thought it was a because and I would shoot it. big mistake! such a rude ride through girls. I wanted to use my app bogo breakfast sandwich and she said there was the 2 for 5, I checked the app code and I gave her the right code, I said that 's not what I wanted and she said: good it is not much different in the price very rude. that is by far the worst mcdonald’s I have ever been. I will not be back
This was the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The young black ladies in the drive thru was seriously ignorant and they definitely need a coarse on customer service. If these are the type of individuals representing your establishment that’s definitely a Shame , it’s no wonder the parking lot is completely empty. Also, too add insult to injury, the manager had the same attitude.. There’s a better way of telling a customer that the store is closed. Please teach your employees that..
There are a few McDonald's in the area, and this one is by far the worst. They must be understaffed or something. Which, if true, isn't necessarily their fault, but still. I ordered a Happy Meal and 2 McDoubles, and it took them over 15 minutes just to make it and then I had to go up to the door to get it myself. They also don't know how to read, because I asked for cheese on the Happy Meal and they didn't do that either. This isn't the first time they've done this either. It's just unfortunate that people can't do a simple job, and yet demand the pay of someone who can.
I tried this location a few times to give them more than once chance to impress me. Every single time… I experienced the slowest, most incompetent, and impolite McDonald’s workers I’ve ever seen. And I almost never take the time write reviews…
This is hands down the worst McDonald’s in the city. The absolute worst staff, with the worst attitudes. It never fails every single time I come here I can order two things and my order will still be missing items or just completely wrong. And if you go back up there to have it fixed your just greeted with more attitudes like your a Karen for your food being wrong. Half this staff can’t read a receipt, I truly would love to know who hires these people. This place is averaging 3 star reviews yet everytime you pull into the parking lot you will hear people walking out screaming to go ANYWHERE ELSE. Such an awful establishment.
