Location-wise, right across from PLT where you can get your Heineken fix while visiting Little Saigon.. Food is so-so, servers are in 40's, hence 3 stars

great ace to have a few beers and great vietnamese comfort food.
The music was too loud and there were alot of drug use activities in the bathroom.
Great place with great food. If you find yourself in Westminster this is a must. Great atmosphere. Great food.
