Contribuer aux commentairesTaylor is one of the best managers. She was kind enough to help me when I had an issue ordering through grub hub. She is sweet and will definitely come back here.
I ordered a Mac and cheese with gluten free noodles, grilled chicken, add broccoli, and add montamore cheese which came to $15 before tip with no sides or drinks! When I picked my food up, the team was all standing around chatting and laughing while onemale employee was working hard. He was the only one who acknowledged me (from the food line), and made sure I had my food andtold me to have a good night. I grabbed my to-go order and headed out. Couldn?t be more disappointed in this dish, not worthy of$7 (that was advertised), let alone $15. They only put 2 pieces of broccoli, they didn?t add the montamore cheese I paid anextra $2 for, they didn?t even put the normal shredded cheddar on top that always comes with this dish, so it was super just awatery sauce that was very bland. The chicken also tasted very suspicious, I don?t know if it was spoiled or sitting out allday, but there were a lot of crunchy weird pieces in the chicken and I could not bring myself to eat it. Worst location I havebeen to, go to the one on 80th and wadsworth instead!!
Overall, I had an excellent experience at this Noodles. The quality of food and service was in line with what I expected from a Noodles: fresh, fast, and friendly. However, I did find the in store music to be louder than I would have liked. All in all, I had a good experience here.
I'm not sure if what I received was lettuce or green onion, but I certainly didn't order it with the mac and cheese. The dish arrived dry, barely coated in sauce, and was cold. Plus, I never received my rice crispy treat. I feel completely ripped off. I know you probably won't care, but I won't be returning, and I'll make sure to warn others to skip this place.
The food at Noodles & Company is quite satisfactory for the price. Just be sure to double-check your order for any substitutions before you leave, as they've forgotten them in the past.
