First time here and I was impressed. Everything from the tea to the main course was excellent. Tea was just right. Udon soup was above average and sushi rolls were superb. It's easy to miss tucked away in a strip mall but if you like sushi you need to place an order. The Godzilla roll was excellent.
This is a really nice place! Mid-price, good quality, private tables with low lighting. Me and my friend tried multiple rolls and liked them all. I would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!
To start, I highly recommend the Shrimp Shumai, which are delicious shrimp dumplings served with a sauce (I can't recall the name) and the crab cake roll. Both were cooked with delightful flavors. For sushi, we sampled a variety from the menu, including the California Roll, Katerpillar Roll, Chicago Fire Roll (which was fantastic), Volcano Roll, and Sake Albacore. I was initially hesitant to try raw fish, but it was definitely worth it. We loved all the sushi, especially the Volcano Roll, California Roll, and Chicago Fire Roll. I also enjoyed the Dan noodles; the combination of sauce and pork was excellent, although it was a bit too rich for my taste. Moving on to the next dish, the Schezwan Grouper was delightful; the fillet was perfectly cooked, served with Napa cabbage and crushed red pepper for a great kick. Overall, this is a wonderful place for sushi beginners. The staff, from our server to those behind the bar, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I always enjoy the food here. It's fresh, clean, and delicious! Yum!
