Contribuer aux commentairesThe attitude of the lady claims to be manager is terrible rude. if she has no opportunity to serve customers or feel comfortable, she should stay in the office or in the kitchen. thanks for the replay. the whole story is that I made an order at toogoodtogo and I asked my wife to go there to get her office is only 30 meters away). who claimed that as manager tried, as she could make the whole pick-up process difficult. she asked my wife to download app to make confirmation, even my wife shows her the picture that I have already made pickup confirmation. she put two pieces of food away from my wife, who suspect that they are included in surprise bag, because she was not happy that my wife told her she could not sipping confirmation that I already did. she refused to make a package bag available and said they should bring bag themselves. what kind of bakery shop will ask the customers to eat their own bags?! food business?! at the same time, she said this surprise bag in the worth of more than $20 than we took a lot of advantage from her. It seems like she's benefactory and we're begging for free eating, which isn't! I have commanded to go through 'too good' several paintings, have never had problems like that. it is believed to be a win-win situation for all of us, but not worth getting this kind of humiliation. if this is their service standard, it really needs to be checked and improved. if you coworkers not in the position to make customers comfortable, but humiliate them that they really need more training.
Don’t expect a polite attitude from the staff and don’t expect them to wear masks when serving food (mask mandate isn’t over yet). To reply to the below comment:There is no such thing as the interaction being perceived as being impolite, if someone (anyone) shouts out to a client without saying please or thank you , then by default it is an impolite response. I could also use your argument and say that I was too fatigued at the end of my work day and needed to rest my foot on the chair to tie my shoe, but you would agree that this wouldn 't apply. On the subject of the mask, it 's not a question of temperature; it 's a question of hygiene, and if you 're going to be serving food to people (which you 've mentioned has been sitting under a room temperature of over 35 degrees and can foster bacteria easily as a consequence), the least you can do is wear a mask upon serving the food, and take it off when you 're doing other things. For these above reasons, I feel that my points are still valid about:1. Lack of courtesy on the subject of customer service.2. Lack of consideration for hygiene around the food specifically, especially since the mask mandate hasn 't yet been lifted.Thank you for your comprehension. Mehreen Diwan
Friendly place, we tried several different things and almost everything was good. Very good cannolis. On the expensive side, which is to be expected in Westmount...
My first visit was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive. I purchased a pastiere for Easter and it was the best I've tasted. I would definitely recommend trying this place.
The attitude of the staff is awful, Zero customer service, it’s a shame because food is good
