I ordered a small iced Matcha latte without ice, but when I received my drink, the cup was barely filled a quarter of the way. When I inquired about the low fill, I was informed that “everything is pre-measured, that’s what you ordered.” For nearly $5, I hardly got more than three sips. The staff were unhelpful and repeatedly stated they couldn’t assist me due to their pre-measured policy. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, and I won’t be returning to this place.

I ordered a small drink with no ice, and they informed me that without ice, I would only receive half a cup. In the end, I got even less than that! The service was terrible, and I've honestly never experienced anything like it before. Next time, charge your customers for a half cup instead. If everything is pre-measured, then why did one staff member prepare the drink for me, only to pour the rest down the sink just because the manager instructed her to give me a half cup since I requested no ice?
