It's a regular Dunkin, it's bright and colorful and the food is premade, heated up in toaster ovens. I specifically don't like this one because there's no drive

Legit walked in got a small caramel macchiato. Pretty simple. Walked out noticed there was no caramel walked back in asked if she could give me caramel she’s like oh I didn’t know you wanted caramel I was about flip out but instead I just pointed at the sticker on the cup that clearly says caramel and she said oh turned around and gave it back to me still with no caramel should have tasted in there. Now I’m in the parking lot typing this instead of walking back in and flipping out. Really annoyed with the lady and she gave me the cup back like this.

Sravani is wonderful at her job! She gives great customer service each time I visit this location. She is hard working and listens very well. She is kind and pleasant. Thank you, Sravani. For your excellent service!
