Bella Italy - WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS

It's not what it use to be a year ago. Hopefully they can rebound.

Burnt stromboli was served, ingredients are not cooked fully (green pepper , onions) . There was melted butter all over the box like it was slabbed on. Gordon Ramsay would have a ball with this place .

I'm a little upset after waiting 3 hours for delivery after giving my card number to pay for the order over the phone. Only to find out they closed and didn't even deliver.

This place has never been great (3 starts at best) but it has went way downhill. Ordered two pizzas, garlic knots, and three side salads. $60 worth of food only to get home and find the pizza was over cooked and had no sauce on it. Sauce is the weirdest thing I've ever seen missing from a pizza. The crust tasted like a frozen crust. I didn't even eat because it was all so dry. Do not waste you're time or money here.

I have sworn this eating, recommend it for anyone who enjoys good eating! positiw: very friendly service, insisted on giving us a free refill, although we do not ask for one. they make the teig and sauce house made the toppings are fresh and tastefully served hot with a smile!
