Bella Italy - WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS

CLOSED when we stopped 6/12/23, and the inside is torn up, must be remodeling. No additional info.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. WE WAITED OVER 4 HOURS TO RECEIVE OUR ORDER. A group of friends and I were in West Virginia for vacation and ordered dinner from here. When we went to the restaurant to pick up the meal at the time indicated by our email (about 30mins after ordering), they apologized and said it would not be ready for another hour or so. They promised to call with updates. After an additional 1.5 hours of waiting we called and they said sorry the food is taking longer than expected. After another 1.5 hours we called again and they told us they had not started our order. At this point the restaurant was about to close. They promised they would make our food and refund us for our over 3 hour wait. We continued to wait for a call, which we never received so went to the restaurant for a second time and found the food was not ready. We waited another 45 minutes before the food was ready. They again promised to refund us. However their definition of refund was 15% off. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best. Unless you have 4-5 hours to wait for a meal, avoid this establishment. My friends and I will never be back due to the horrific customer service here.

It's not what it use to be a year ago. Hopefully they can rebound.

Burnt stromboli was served, ingredients are not cooked fully (green pepper , onions) . There was melted butter all over the box like it was slabbed on. Gordon Ramsay would have a ball with this place .

Yeah, worst $90 order EVER... This establishment WAS good, but after this night it has completely ruined it. Let's start with the Pizza.. Dry, Flat, Burnt, Uneven, Messy Arrangement of toppings that makes eating it a depressing experience.... The pasta dish we ordered that had shells, ravioli, pasta..ext.. Freezer burnt and tasted like a can. doesn't deserve anymore attention. The calzone was an empty bread pocket. Nothing was in it at all. As much as my family and I wanted Bella Italy for a Friday night. They hardly had anything on the menu. What we settled for was already disappointing but the quality really spoke for the restaurant and it let it down big time.... 3/10 do not recommend.
