Contribuer aux commentairesI’ve been standing in line at this subway for 36 minutes. There was only three customers in front of me when I walked in. It is by far the slowest and worst service I have ever experienced at a subway.
My son and I walk into the store and greet the employees. One of them just responded unhappy with I 'm still here . Regardless, I attempt to order our family 's sandwiches. Employee impolitely asks how many sandwiches are we ordering. Son tells him three, gets responded with disrespectful energy. Ordering my woman 's sandwich I ask for Italian bread. Employee gruntly asks which one? There 's two. I said oh I didn 't know there was more than one only to be responded with There has always been two kinds . I threw the towel in and went somewhere else. Employee needs to grow up and get over himself.
The younger kid starting the sandwiches was nice even though he was new, however the other kid with the shaved head and the acne was really rude and should check himself. I've worked in food plenty of times, and there's no reason to be hostile.
I ordered takeout subs to be delivered to a hotel in Whitefish using DoorDash. I found out later that the Whitefish Subway location does not use DoorDash, so my order was transferred to the Columbia Falls Subway without telling me. I tried calling the Whitefish Subway to understand why my order was transferred (and therefore delayed), but no one picked up the phone in Whitefish. Lots of confusion without an explanation.Poor customer service.
I asked the woman who made my sub to make sure the bread was fresh. She said it was. When I went to eat it, it was stale, and crumbling and crunchy on the end.Tired of this happening where they advertise fresh bread !
