Fairview offers excellent BBQ fare for my daughter graduation party! Many portions, good taste and excellent service! Will definitely recommend and use again!

Only Fairview had a retirement/4. Juli Party. Working with what great people! Communication, good food, friendly and friendly staff. I know who will be my first call next time.

Shortly a week ago, Shanon of Fairview Catering served an incredible menu of 4 different participants along with all sides, salads and desserts in our Emmaus High School class of the 1970s twice delayed 50. Year High School Reunification Picnic at Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. In front of the buffet, Shanon’s staff also crashed a variety of delicious appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time on menu options and logistics in the months and weeks to the meeting. I can say with confidence that there was no complaint about eating one of the 200 guests at the event and that says something. Thank you, Shanon and your staff to make our celebration the most unforgettable!

Shannon, Tom and her team were absolutely amazing!! They're so sweet people they work with. The food was so good!! Very happy with everything and how it turned out. Thank you very much to both of you, we could not be worthwhile for you anymore.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Shannon was very accommodating to what I needed for my party. She was also prompt in answering questions and getting back to me. I will definitely use Fairview again in the future.
