Culver's - Whitehall

The food was tasty overall, but one of the burgers was overcooked and too salty. The prices are above average. The wait time wasn't terrible. Just keep in mind that it can get quite busy here.

I don’t have this restaurant chain in my area, so it’s always a delight to visit. The service and ambiance are particularly enjoyable. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived, and even though it was quite busy, we were seated in a clean lobby. The food came out quickly and was served hot. And, of course, it was delicious! If you’ve never been to a Culver's, it's definitely a wonderful experience!

This restaurant offers decent food. While it's certainly not low quality, it doesn't stand out as the best either. My main concern is that I've visited about six times since they opened, and each time, my order has been incorrect. Not once have they gotten it right. The staff are very friendly, and I’m not too frustrated, but it’s hard to understand how they struggle to get a simple order correct when there are only three items on it. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

The food was great (for fast food). However, we received no napkins nor did we get the sauce we asked for. Furthermore, we waited a very long time for our food. This is not my first Culver's experience, so I understand it takes longer than typical fast food this location was clearly struggling.

The day shift is great, every time I go for lunch I have great service and always get the right order. But the last 4 times I?ve been there for dinner our order has been messed up every single time. I love Culvers and the owner is a really good guy, just seems like when he?s gone for the day everything goes downhill
