Knolla's Pizza - Wichita

As a Wichita native, this is my go to pizza place: tied only with Ziggys. Everywhere else is either gimmicky (big slices or quirky ingredients at the cost of taste and quality) or a national chain. Even then, Knollas has the best Chicago deep dish in Wichita- not that there's much competition, but its still pretty groovy! Don't over think the toppings for your first time here, just get a chicago medium pie with your favorite singular topping, and let the cheese, sauce, and dough do the talking.

Arrived close to dining room closing time and the staff were so sweet to let us stay, catch our breath and have a hot, yummy meal. Thank you Knolla's for always having the best slice and salad. You are the best! ~Andi

The pizza is made to order and is delicious, fresh, and even better when eaten as leftovers.

I have been a customer of Knolla's for many years and I always enjoy their variety of toppings. The specialty pizzas are especially delicious. Give it a try and you will definitely want to come back for more.
