We went at 5:30 and asked for the freshest coffee. They told us they only made it every 3 hours and couldn’t make more because they close at 6. What???? No one...

They are literally always out of whipped cream and caramel sauce, and they don’t tell you until after you’ve already ordered and paid for the drink.
