This restaurant offers a delightful and authentic experience of Japanese cuisine. If you're interested in watching your meal being prepared, I suggest visiting during dinner time. For those who are budget-conscious, lunch specials and sushi happy hour provide excellent options. Their menu features a variety of tasty Japanese dishes, including sushi, hibachi, and bento box specials, ensuring there's something for everyone. Two people can enjoy a satisfying meal for around $35-40, and you'll likely have leftovers to take home. The appetizers, including a refreshing side salad and flavorful soup, were just right. The chicken hibachi is the most delicious and tender chicken I've ever had. Additionally, if you're staying at the Woodlands Inn, you can choose takeout or delivery to your hotel room. I highly recommend this place!
We always visit for Sushi Sunday! The prices are quite reasonable, and the food is absolutely delicious. They offer a great variety that caters to all tastes. The service is excellent and prompt! I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys sushi or hibachi. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The only concern I had was that our chef was balancing duties on both sides of the table simultaneously and then hurrying over to the next one. It wasn't his fault—he was just a bit overwhelmed.
We had a fantastic experience with the chef, waitress, and the food at this restaurant. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. However, when we arrived, the hostess didn’t greet us at all; she simply grabbed two menus and headed to the back of the restaurant without saying a word or acknowledging our purpose for being there, especially since they also have a sushi bar. I had to inform her that we were interested in hibachi. She led us to the hibachi table and dropped the menus onto the plates without saying anything, then walked away. For the next 20 minutes, she was yelling loudly in what sounded like her native language, drawing the attention of everyone in the restaurant, including other staff members.
