Hong To Restaurant - Willoughby

Well I will start by saying have not ate here in oh 15 years.

Worst Chinese food I've ever hadTwo people from our office ordered chicken, could not even eat it and threw it away.

We love the foodPortion size is enough for dinner and lunch the next dayI love the pepper steak and my husband gets the sweet and sour pork.

Everything was fantastic, the real thing. I was so glad I could dance. Genuine Chinese food not the fast food Chinese food ie:China Mountain / Garden You fill the empty... Everything was good, I had the Sweet and Sour pork plate and the Shrimp Egg Foo Young Combo plate, Large Wonton Soup and 2 extra egg rolls... You get the bosses kiss

Hong To is now my go to since Chins Pagoda is now closed a place I have gone to since 1970...Hong To is just as awesome......in my humble opinion...
