Starbucks - Willow Park

This Starbucks consistently has rude staff. I drive to the other two locations nearby to avoid it, but visited today. The barista said she could not apply a 1/2 off coupon and suggested I talk to the shift lead. After she said she could not add the coupon she asked me to click through the payment screen in the drive through. She then said, Yea, that 's what I thought when I did not tip. Starbucks staff does not make $2.15 an hour plus tips, tips are reserved for excellent service. She then said, I hope you have a better day sarcastically. Be warned, they are very rude at this location and the pastries are often stale. Drive a bit further to the other locations.

I REALLY HOPE THE LADY AT THE DRIVE-THRU HAS A BETTER DAY BECAUSE SHE IS VERY MISERABLE LOOKING. I HOPE THAT THE $5 TIP I LEFT BRINGS HER JOY AND LIFTS HER SPIRITS. MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO HAVE A DAY OFF. NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL AND HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE I COULD HEAR HER SPEAKING TO THE PEOPLE SHE WAS WORKING WITH AND IT DIDN'T SOUND VERY NICE. This is literally the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I go here at least once a week because they make the best drinks and they have the best baristas! Everyone is so sweet, they make sure to learn your name if you’re a regular and they’re super fast!
