Peno Mediterranean Grill - Wilmington

I love this place ever since they were in the mall, they weren’t named Peños at the time But it was the same owner. I’m so in love with the chicken Shawarma wrap. It’s so delicious and the food servings are a lot. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out.

I recently visited Peno Mediterranean Grill and had an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I ordered the gyro shawarma and the lamb, and I must say, it was the best I've ever had. The meat was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor. The sauce accompanying it was a delightful complement, enhancing the overall taste. Additionally, I tried the falafel, and it was the bomb! Crispy on the outside, yet incredibly moist and flavorful on the inside. The attention to detail in both preparation and presentation truly set Peno Mediterranean Grill apart. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive dining experience. I highly recommend Peno Mediterranean Grill to anyone looking for delicious Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional service. Can't wait to visit again!

The chicken Shawarma roasted red pepper hummus and tabouli were fantastic. Super nice folks running it too

I purposely drive further for this peno even though the other is closer to my home. I’m not sure why but this one taste 100x better. With no really Israeli food near this is as close as you can get the employees are very friendly

Foresight: they go and want to come back immediately. they also have to knock off their pants in the car. that was all I wanted. I have the classic gyro, with lamb/bef, no salate or tomato and I have it sharp. well, the staff was so friendly and helpful in recommendations. this place is 15 minutes away from home, but will be absolutely a stack of lunch anyway.
