To preface: I ordered a white chocolate mocha frap with a pump.of peppermint. This is the coffee base version of this drink. When I got to the window I noticed the drink was white (2nd day in a row, didn 't question it the first time) and asked if he color had changed cause the used to be tan. Nice window server double check with another employee who asked if I wanted the coffee base version, to which yes. with attitude she then says well if you want the coffee base version you have to order it like, at this point I repeated how i ordered it: white chocolate *mocha* frap, to which she then turn around and with even more attitude said the cashier just put it in wrong. You know that tone people take when they 're defending someone for messing up but at the same time being condescending towards he person who brought it up? I have zero issue with it being out in wrong, the server I dealt with was super sweet. I thought maybe the color was now white instead of tan which is why I even inquired in the first place cause it was the 2nd day I 'm a row it happened. However, the extra employee having attitude towards me when she thought I ordered it wrong, and then turning around and having MORE attitude when she finds out I ordered it right is where I take issue. You don 't get to double down on your bad attitude when you are wrong, take the L and move on. Actually, let me rephrase: You can double down on your bad attitude, that just speaks volumes to the kind of character you have as an employee.
I took a chance on the pineapple lemonade drink since it was too late in the day for me to have more caffeine. It was very refreshing and fruity, and had pieces of dehydrated pineapple as a garnish. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. My partner got an espresso which was good also and kept him awake for the roadtrip.
We always have a good experience when we want to study or do some online work. The mango dragonfruit is so nice. I also usually get the chocolate croissant.
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Had an mobile order but when I got there they had the inside closed to public and the drive through took me 40 minutes to get through with only 6 cars in front of me; even though they had a decent amount of employees in there. Of course by the time I got my hot drink it was cold. Do not recommend going here.
