My husband had the mezze platter and judging from the sounds coming from his side of the table, he was pretty happy with it!! We sat outside under the big tree and soaked up the lovely market square view. Each plate was about 10 UKP which we thought was really good value for money. I'd come back tomorrow if I could and I'd 100% have the quiche again.
Very slow service, overpriced and bland food. Bread was just regular brown sliced. Unfortunately there are lots of bakeries calling themselves ‘artisan’ these days.
Is there any reason why this place has gone card only payments? Truly annoying and very tempted to cross it over my list of places to visit whilst in Salisbury.
Excellent breads prepared in the traditional method using proper bread making techniques, not the rushed Chorleywood method which nearly all supermarkets supply. Great place to chill and have an excellent coffee and cake Chelsea or cinnamon buns but the must haves are their hot cross buns. No supermarket can ever match these. Staff always friendly and helpful. Very convenient in Salisbury's Market Square.
Lots of outdoor seating. Popular with locals and tourists Really good coffee. The croissants are delicious
