Pizza Factory - Winchester

Delicious pizza to go. Order online and took a piping hot pizza at home and it was great.

All up can eat for under $10 on Monday night. A deal.

The food is fine, it only takes several times to get your order right. Then, after 40 minutes of waiting, they make it seem like it's your fault to disturb them, with the wish you paid. Unfortunately, it happened more than once. Pizza Factory: good food, questionable management, sick children who run the register.

9.99 Pizza buffet and drink was a good offer. Just not a good selection of pizza when we left.

Ordered 1 med pizza online. Was given a time-frame of approx. 20 min for it to be ready. Showed up at restaurant at the appropriate time figuring it would be ready soon if not right then. Was told at the front register that they were preparing a large order and that my 1 med pizza would take another 30 min. Basically they were putting all orders that came in behind this one large order instead of working on the big order and other orders concurrently... horrible business practice in my opinion, there was no pizza that night and I'll not be returning.
