The Tournament Tavern - Windsor

As always this restaurant never disappoints us every time we visit Lego . Every time we go we are alway greeted by the wonderful Jane who always give excellent service to me and my Dad. The food is always great and the Lego models never disappoint. An 10 10 . Also wanted to give my Thanks to Jane and Adam for improving our visit to Lego every time we stay over . Ps : This review is meant for the evening service

Service was really very slow. I watched 2 families leave as they had been ignored for 20 mins plus. Another 2 didn’t stay to get their food. We waited over an hour for food and had to collect our own drinks as they had been sat on the side for 10 mins with multiple members of staff walking past them. That being said, the food once it came was delicious. I would reconsider serving a steak meal on 2 separate plates as the poor server could only serve one person at a time so had to come back to our table 3 times to bring everything!

The food is excellent, especially for a theme park! The service was good, not excellent, and the actual dining room is effectively one long Hall, there is themeing in there but it is spread out, adults may struggle with food choices if they are not prepared to pick something they don't know! The £35 of so 3 course meal isn't bad value really, every one of my courses came with flowers on it somehow.

Jane provided friendly service at this restaurant, and the food was well presented. The lamb and duck dishes were cooked to perfection, and the Tarte Tatin was exceptional. It was a nice touch to have proper linen napkins. While the prices were quite high, having an annual pass helped to offset the cost. Overall, I was very impressed with my dining experience.

We had a great breakfast at the tournament tavern. The staff were amazing......Jack and team were all.wonderful. there was a delay in the kitchen anda particular table of guests were very rude to the staff. The staff maintained there good manner in very different circumstances that were beyond there control. We were very impressed
