Pho Maxim - Windsor

I am a big fan of Vietnamese cuisine. Pho Maxim offers most delicious pho in Windsor. To the best of my knowledge, they are the only ones who offer vegan option of pho (vegan broth and veggies). It is really good. Try P10chai (veggies-based pho and ask specifically for vegan broth). Love it!

Delicious pho and the appetizer sampler is all you need! If you come here you simply must get their appetizer sampler. It's got a great variety to try. The spring rolls were nicely crisp, with a good amount of meaty filling. The fresh spring rolls were enormous, refer to the photos. The fresh rolls tasted amazing with the dip they provided. I wasn't a huge fan of their peanut sauce but the other one that came with the appetizer sampler was great. The pho was pretty good, I shouldn't compared it to those I've tried in Toronto, but this one had a fair amount of flavour. Please come and try their food! They also offer alcoholic drinks and Vietnamese iced coffee, which is an added plus.

The atmosphere was good and the food was okay, not the best in town but I would give it a plus for the environment and service.

Pho Maxim is a cozy, casual environment and probably one of if not to eat my favorite place. I tried everything on her menu and I love everything. Their pho, for which they are known, is very tasteful and very rich. I always get a quick service. Sometimes the owner will come to serve food when the staff is short; He is a very friendly and humble man and goes out his way to ensure that your experience is the absolute best that it can be.
