I got the mixed seafood pad Thai for delivery as Im close by, and everything was excellent, as a first time customer I will be back to try some others!P.S I ordered level 3 spicy and for me who likes a bit of heat I'd like to try the level 5 but 3 was adequate for my taste

Good Halal thai food. Service was great. Only thing, reach early to avoid disappointment as when we reached an hour before closing, they were out of rich.

Upon entry the place held a amazing aroma of what promised to be delicious food. But it was a little disappointing. The crispy spring rolls were very good. The chicken in the chicken satay was flavourless, but the peanut sauce was excellent and flavourful. The pineapple rice fell far short of the menu description…. and the vegan version had only three pieces of pineapple. Something seemed to be missing in the chicken pad Thai…I probably should have ordered it up a notch or two on the spicyness scale. All that being said everyone enjoyed their meal and there was very little left to be packed up for taking home.

Visited Windsor for the first time and a quick search of local restaurants came up with this place. Decided to try it out based on reviews. Looked nice upon arrival and we sat down and placed our orders. Ordered spring rolls, beef fried rice, chicken fried rice, shrimp Panang, and beef pad Thai. First off, they kept us waiting for almost an hour even though there were just a couple other customers waiting. The spring rolls were nice and crispy but that was about it….Everything else from there was a disaster! The beef tasted off and the chicken was definitely spoilt. Both tasted like it had been left out too long before cooking. Immediately called attention of the waitress who apologized and agreed to swap out with the shrimp instead. When the bill arrived they charged full price for the spoilt beef fried and 50% of the spoilt chicken. Manager claimed she tasted the food and found nothing wrong. Pretty much insinuating we were lying!! Needless to say this felt very insulting to my family and I. If there is a zero star, that is what I would give. While the waitress was nice and polite, the manager definitely needs training in restaurant management, food safety and customer service.
