Boston Pizza - Winnipeg

We came down on Saturday with 15 people for a bunch of family events. The service was exceptional, we only had one server who handled our group without any issue whatsoever. Some of our group can be difficult at times so this was truly an impressive feat! Thank you Alundra for such a great job, best service we have had in a long time!

It was my day and it was a bigger group. they have done good work to manage our table. server were friendly and attentive.

We are here to see the grey cup 2019 and the atmosphere was really great. the people weren't miserable. the server were also great, they know you're here to see first and second to eat so they won't bother you. the food was great and comes fast, and the place is clean

There was an incident when I arrived. the waitresses asked me to choose in which side of the restaurant I would like to sit together with my group. I answered that I need a place where I can sit with all 12 people in my group. the waitress led me to the lounge area, she said, I can just sit with all the people. I went to the lounge area just to be sent back to the receptionists. the waitresses in the lounge area told me that I have to sit on the restaurant area as I have booked for this part. I was totally confused. that happened exactly about 5pm, which was my booking time. later I found out that apparently the waiters on the restaurant area had arranged a few tables together to fit 12 people per my booking, but they had not done that when I arrived. So about 5 minutes later I finally got the tables for 12 people in the restaurant area and all the problems were solved. I hope that the waiters and waiters would have respected our advance booking and that the tables before my arrival in the future could have prepared and avoided unnecessary confusion. the rest of the services went smoothly and quickly. we all enjoyed our food and drinks. the waitress for our tables was friendly enough to inform about happy hour drinks and the Burger Week menu and to answer all further details about our orders. we were also allowed to make column calculations that were convenient for all of us.
