Taco Bell - Winston Salem

Inaccurate and missing item in bag. The lettuce was soggy. The steak grilled cheese burrito had ground beef instead of steak. For the price, I would have rather sat down in a real restaurant.

I ordered a side bowl of rice and this is what they gave me....Literally

Just ordered a meal and my food was cold coming out the window..I dont understand how my food is cold I hope this place closes or obtain new management with workers who work and enjoy the job that they do rather thing just working for a pay check.. if that's the case fire the whole store and bring A.I machines In to work..

Food was perfect and it was prepared quickly. The wind blew my debit card out of my hand and into the parking lot, at the drive thru window. Cordell came out into the rain and found it for me! It was truly above and beyond. Highly recommend this Taco Bell for their phenomenal customer service.
