Service was fast and Sonja was awesome being able to handle the whole restaurant by herself. You walk in and feel like you are in NYC with all of the decor. Trust me, have the arancini and cheesy garlic bread. Loved each bite. If you order slices come hungry. Each slice is about a quarter of a large pizza. You could also split a 2 slice lunch special with someone else. And you can't go wrong with the zeppoles. We threw caution to the wind and let Sonja choose the flavor. Can't go wrong with cinnamon sugar. Come hungry!!
I visited this pizza restaurant hoping to enjoy their afternoon special, only to be sorely disappointed. Despite being regular customers, we were denied the special offer because of a restrictive limited 1 per family policy. This felt unfair and unwelcoming. The management 's decision not only left a bad taste in our mouths but also soured our overall experience. It 's disappointing when loyal customers are treated this way, and it definitely affects our willingness to return or recommend this establishment to others.
NYPD Pizza is a pizza place here in the orlando, Florida area. At one point, it had multiple locations, but now, I believe it is only down to this one. Curiosity just had me look at their website and I find that there is still multiple locations. The one that I remember here on the east side of Orlando has long since closed. In defense of the pizzeria, it was a very bad location that they chose. NYPD Pizza offers at best, middle of the road food. Mediocre pizza, the staff was friendly. I grew up in new jersey, where there is great pizza pretty much on every corner. With that being said, my expectations are high. Even if you're living in Florida for over twenty years, where I sadly discovered that great pizza is not available on every corner, I still seek out great pizza and am sadly more disappointed than celebrating a great find. It is not that NYPD Pizza is terrible, it is just not great either. As I said, middle of the road.
Can not go wrong for a quick pie at NYPD Pizza. Crew here is nothing less than professional with their service. I ordered a Queens Deluxe and was able to swap out green peppers for green olive. No one flinched or cringed. They smiled and said ok. Pie came out piping hot and delicious! I love NYPD Pizza...and NYPD Greek Salad...
The food here is always a 10/10, sooooo good! Every time I come the staff is always so kind and friendly
