Mcdonald's - Wisbech

For a quick bite to eat, look no further, staff were very friendly. Food was very nice as well.

Delivery department: They consistently forget something in every order. In my last order, they forgot to include a Big Mac.

As a big fan of McDonald's, I absolutely love their caramel frappe. One day, feeling a bit lazy, I decided I wanted it delivered to my home. Unfortunately, I discovered that caramel frappes aren’t available for McDelivery. I can't help but wonder why that is. We tried calling them for assistance, but unfortunately, our issue remained unresolved. To our disappointment, we ended up without our caramel frappe that day. In the end, we had to make the trip all the way to Downham Market just to indulge in our guilty pleasure.

This was my third time using the delivery service, and I will not be doing it again. Each time the food has arrived cold and just plain disappointing. The hot drinks are always cold, and all the beverages leak. On this occasion, there were no straws or dipping sauces included. To top it off, the delivery driver sat in our parking lot for over 10 minutes after dropping off our order. I really hope he wasn't waiting with someone else's food in his car!

Absolutely useless drive through. The number of times this place forgets items from an order is, quite frankly, a **** disgrace. Judging by the amount of times this happens to me it happened again today they must make a small fortune from not giving people food that has been paid for. I wouldn't recommend the drive through to anybody and the only reason I would recommend dining in is because when they miss stuff off the order you can deal with the problem immediately. Something that is difficult to do when you've just driven six miles home.
