Ihop - WISCONSIN DELLS

Our waitress was very sweet! I would absolutely come back to this location if I’m in the area again!

Biscuits and gravy didn’t even have sausage in it. Lady didn’t even bring a Pepsi but I do understand as a server when it’s busy, you can forget things. The people didn’t even say have a good day, just wasn’t a good experience, for us.

My family was sat party of 4 in the back of the restaurant I asked for the buster to grab the server another 15 minutes pass you over hear the guy tell them AGAIN somebody has to take table 7 the all continue to sit and roll sliverware I have an autistic son that accompanied us and it’s rare he sits patiently he sat the entire time all to NOT BE SERVED as we’re sitting in the parking lot we see two gentlemen be sat and served right away DISGUSTING!!! All we got was a sorry not well send somebody over NOTHING ! We left ! Mind you we were 1 of 3 tables In the entire restaurant!

While staying in the Kalahari, me and my group decided to go to Ihop for breakfast. Our waitress seemed welcoming at first, but we ended up disappointed. I personally ordered an avocado toast, which was lousy when it was brought to me, both in appearance and taste. This place is expensive but the quality of the food is deceiving. Me and my group had an automatic 18% gratuity on each one of our receipts, while we were ordering separately…The waiting time was long. I paid for my meal in cash, I asked for change, but the waitress supposedly forgot and acted as if nothing had happened while saying goodbye. So I asked for my change again, she reacted like she was surprised, and gave me back a simple $10 bill and said That 's close enough! , even though she owed me more. I think she wanted to steal me a bigger tip at first by « forgetting » to give me my change, and she still ended by stealing me a couple dollars. What a lack of professionalism!

Not the greatest experience. It was pretty busy that day but the food was subpar and the waitstaff was clearly over it .
