Burritos are okay. I will appreciate whether they better build it coz while I ate it, the ground broke and a part from inside came out

I ordered two buffalo chickens Burritos, but they gave me only one buffalo chicken Burrito. They charge me for two who are ridiculous and tear people off. They only gave me the veggie burrito without chicken. Also the sauce was not evenly distributed on the Burrito, it was only on one side and another side was all dry. People open Burrito places, but they do?t how to make it and give good customer service. I won't recommend having their Burritos from here. Super expensive then Burrito chains with bad service.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They have gluten free options on the menu and I have severe celiac disease so I called the franchise first to ask about the precautions they take with gluten allergies. The man I spoke with on the phone explained that they would heat the burrito up on a separate part of the grill and ensured me that there would be no cross contamination. He really sounded like he knew what he was talking about so I went into the restaurant so I could see if they would make it properly. Everything was going fine and they did use ingredients that had not been opened yet, which was good. However, when they heated up my burrito, they put it right on top of a spot where there had just been a white wheat burrito. Clearly, this showed me they did not know what the term cross-contamination meant and displayed their incompetence. I did not eat the burrito, as I have severe reactions to gluten and did not want to risk it. Next time, if an employee is not sure how to handle an allergy, then they should not speak as if they do. Also, if the restaurant wants to claim they are celiac safe, then the employees should be trained appropriately. Very disappointing.

Can you ever get enough of those burritos? I doubt it. Big portions, fresh and delicious. It doesn't have an inviting atmosphere for dining in, rather grab your fat burrito and come back for more later, but hey, if I need to make another trip to get myself this monstrosity I'll gladly do so

One of the tastiest burritos I?ve ever had! Super filling and delicious, much more flavourful compared to other places. Friendly service, large portions, great place for a quick bite. The small is usually enough but I did order the jumbo once out of curiosity. My ohhh my! It was huge, as big as a large bubble tea. My go to order is the chicken.
