Contribuer aux commentairesOne of the best subway experiences I've ever had. the 2 sandwich artists made incredible sandwiches and was the fastest and most thorough service I had. they both earn an increase with which they were efficient.
Mixed up orders many times! Gotten a sandwich when I wanted a meat bowl twice and today I ordered 2 veggie subs with ONLY cheese and NO meat. I got 2 footlongs with all the veggies, so now my daughter wont touch that bread! And we got 2 footlongs that same way! She is a picky eater but loves the bread and no options available online to just purchase bread. The manager has tried to contact me but kept missing each other. I gave her my email and no response since the last time...UPDATE Manager has rectified everything. Very nice lady!
I'm so horribly disappointed that nobody can follow a simple online order and read the special instructions. For being someone who has worked for subway for 15 years it's not hard to make a couple sandwiches especially when people are paying over 10 dollars for a sandwhich now. We expect to have our food the way we asked for it. We order at least once a week and every time we have at least 3 sandwiches wrong each time!
Today 9:12. call her black man waiting for us. When we came home, we threw it away.
Laylay and damon are wonderful. I laughed and felt great about my decision to stop at the subway. my sandwiches came out perfectly and the load was super clean. these two behind the counter made the experience for me. I knew what kind of sandwiches I wanted, and I knew laylay and damon confirmed my choice to stop. I hope they'll meet them when they're over. you will smile that they took care of your order.
