Matthews Winery - Woodinville

I had heard from friends that Matthews has a comfortable outdoor area with lawn, gardens, chairs/tables and space for kids to be kids. We visited recently and found that to be true! We joined the wine club, purchased a bottle of wine, brought snacks for the kids and enjoyed visiting with friends while the kids had space to wiggle and chat. Additionally, there is a members garden, an outdoor lighted covered dining area and an indoor dining room. Lots of variety in atmosphere is offered here along with enjoyable wines and friendly service.

Great tasting room with lots of outdoor space with Adirondack chairs and just hang out drinking pretty good wine!

Worst experience in washington. Seating staff broke up our party then proceeded to yell at us if we spoke to each other. Worst experience of my life. NEVER AGAIN!

Came here for a wine tasting. Tried 5 wines, all pretty good. Ended up buying a bottle of the Tenor Chardonnay which was the best for the price imo. Overall good environment and service. I wish the bottles were a little cheaper though.

Very nice winery. Great wine, BUT why do you allow children there?? Not cool!!! I go there to relax and having little kids run around and scream is THE LAST THING I want at a winery.
