Contribuer aux commentairesThe Starbucks is really great but morning shift can never get my latte right. Every time I get a latte from here it’s either really bitter or it tastes like water down coffee with no flavor.
I have never encountered such poorly trained employees at a Starbucks before. It is unacceptable for an employee to hand over a product as if they were feeding animals. The employee I interacted with, Laisha, needs to be evaluated and trained properly.
I went to that restaurant yesterday and the young lady who needs to improve her customer service was very rude. She did not seem happy to be there at all. Her facial expressions said it all. It took me less than 5 seconds to place my order and she was sighing as if I had taken much longer like the car in front of me. I will not be returning to that Starbucks again.
They seem to have gotten better. Less wait time in the drive-through and really nice people at the window.
I go see these guys everyday and they are ALWAYS PLEASANT!! ALWAYS SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCURATE WHEN I ORDER. I NEVER HAVE A INCORRECT ORDER. Thank you Mo and all the crew in Woodland Park Starbucks!! You guys are truly the best!!!! THANKS FOR ALWAYS BEING SO GREAT!!!
