Cafe Rio Mexican Grill - Woods Cross

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a shredded chicken salad, but instead received a sweet pork dish that was cold and overly sweet. The salad was lacking in ingredients and included items that were not supposed to be in it, such as a brown lime and lettuce cores. I also did not receive the beans and rice I had requested, and the overall quality of the meal was subpar. I was so disgusted that I had to throw it away and ended up searching for a different lunch option. I would not recommend this place and would give it a rating of 0 out of 10.

I would recommend going to the nearest location instead of this one. At this location, you can't interact with any staff as you have to place your order on a screen. The orders often come out incorrect and there is no communication about when your order is ready. It is disappointing that they don't prioritize improving their customer service. If they put more effort into providing better service, this place could be great.

I used to enjoy dining at Cafe Rio, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. The portions of lettuce in the salads were too large and there was hardly any meat or rice. To make matters worse, we found lettuce head cores in our salads. The burrito we ordered was missing the sauce we paid for. Overall, I do not recommend visiting the Cafe Rio in Woods Cross as the staff is also rude.

I’ve been here many times. They do a great job. I’ve occasionally had a missing item, but the positive experiences and the food far outweigh any negative. I am surprised that the overall rating on here isn’t at least 4.0 stars. They also have one of the best rewards systems around. I’ll be back!

It's been three times in a row now that I've gone to this location because I have been in a hurry and every single time they have messed up significant portions of our order (Missing meat, sides, and entire entrees). Go to the 500 south location if you want to improve your chances of getting an accurate and complete order.
