We wanted to come at 12 but it did not open till 2pm. I felt dehydrated as I had been walking around Worcester for 2 hours but apart from overpriced milk shakes and smoothies there seemed to be no normal drinks to choose from. My husband ordered a pancake and ice cream for me and asked for tap water for me too. The girl behind the counter refused and said they had no water. Really! In a cafe! I have never been refused tap water in my life! We'd eaten elsewhere earlier as Creams was closed We spent nearly £20 at Creams for 2 milkshakes , a pancake and crepe for a flying visit so we were not trying to cheapskate. Afterwards we drove back to Evesham . I felt really ill as I was so thirsty. I could not buy a drink elsewhere as our car ticket was about to run out. The pancake and ice cream were excellent but if I am to be refused a free glass of water I will think twice about coming here again.
We took our daughter here for her birthday and couldn't fault the place, the service was fantastic from masila who really looked after us she was super friendly. We will be returning for sure.
I went to creams Worcester for desserts on an eat out to help out night but was extremely disappointed with the service. When arriving i went up to the ice counter to ask if they were doing the 50% off to be abruptly told please wait . I waited and was then greeted a few minutes later and taken to a table. I went up to order to which there was one person in front of me. The waitress then said ill be there in a minute as she was helping make desserts which i had no problem with. I waited about 5-10 minutes then ordered. The waitresses were talking in their own language behind the counter which i find extremely rude and off-putting as i felt as though they are talking about me. I then sat down. I could see on the screen there were only 1 or 2 tables ahead of me who ordered when i ordered yet about 4 or 5 tables had their food delivered before i decided to ask how long my 2 desserts would be. I politely asked the waitress as she walked past if she knew how long our desserts would be as it had been 30 minutes. She rudely said can you not see its busy everyone 's waiting a long time, you can have your money back if you want . I felt very embarrassed and a table opposite me commented to each other and myself how rude she was to me. I appreciate it was busy but 45 minutes for 2 desserts and other tables getting their desserts first after ordering after me is not professional. It was not even acknowledged that me and my boyfriend were waiting. I wouldn 't have minded waiting so long had i been told when i was seated or when i ordered that there would be a long wait . When my waffle came it wasn 't even fully cooked. It tasted undercooked but i had waited so long and felt i couldn 't say anything due to the attitude of the staff. At the end my boyfriend went up to ask for 2 take away boxes and made a joke saying oh we were beaten and laughed to which the waitress rudely said can i just deliver these as she waved the drinks at him. I work in hospitality and would never speak to my customers the way i was spoken too. I emailed head office to complain and have had no response despite messaging the Instagram page several times to chase a response so I 've been left with no choice but to leage a review. I do not usually complain and do not like giving negative feedback and i appreciate it was busy but rudeness is not good customer service. I will not be returning.
Really disappointed with our delivered products on Friday. Been to creams many times before and always been really happy with the desserts. Unfortunately this time we were not, £32.48 for four products was such a waste of money. Also my daughter sundae should of been two scoops of flavoured Ice cream and it was just Vanilla, so not even what we asked for plus both sundae’s were only 2/3 full. Spending £9.95 for one Ice cream you would expect a decent size portion. Due to this new experience, you will no longer be our first choice as a desert place as many other similar venues now available in Worcester, you have lost a decent customer. Such a shame, you were not appreciated of locals business in such uncertain times for small companies serving poor portions sizes, at an extortionate cost and getting the order incorrect. Not good at all.
I don’t mind it being late. Being busy is a good sign. I don’t mind if the driver can’t find my address. What I do mind, is a restaurant ignoring my calls MULTIPLE times and after two hours, using Just eat. It shows my order as delivered!?! I’m fuming at this place’s unprofessionalism. Please don’t go
