Contribuer aux commentairesThe person who works the phone has a *very* thick accent, and is very hard to understand over their phone. Make extra sure that your order is correct because if there is any mix-up they will just say I read the order back to you . Ultimately I didn 't end up paying for the food I didn 't order (luckily since it was delivery and I was planning to pay cash), but they also refused to sell me the food that I *did* order. For this reason I also don 't recommend paying at this place until you verify that your order is correct. Because I have no doubt they would have kept my money and stuck me with the extra sandwiches if I had paid by card. I think it was an honest mistake, but the owner was still unwilling to work out any kind of amicable remedy to the problem. So middling score, wouldn 't go back again even if they would sell me stuff in the future.
Extremely rude person at the register. I went in to try to get two slices they only had one. I was ok with that. Then hes like “cash” i stated i only have a card. He then states “you better add 7 more dollars.” How about you learn how to talk to people. Thats why your establishment is empty in the middle of the day. Rude people
Price is affordable and food is delicious! The owner is really friendly and their service is superb
Owner is super sweet. Great gluten free pizza. Excellent cheese. Excellent sauce. Good crunch. Only wish there wasn't an upcharge for gf but that's typical. We sat at the window. Menu has so many options. My brothers calzone was a little small but very filling. I went across the street first to house of Wrentham. Guy was a jerk. No gf options. I was going to get a salad but left because I needed a bathroom. I was in from out of town. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
It was a Monday evening around 7pm. Tried ordering from our go to spot in Wrentham, but they were closed, our 2nd choice wasn't open either on Monday's. Looked u8p Town Pizza on line, tried ordering on line to get 10% discount, had trouble with there website. I called store to spoke with a gentleman that did not speak English very well and explained that I was having issues, He was all but confused and did not offer much help, nor did he just say that he would take order over phone and honor 1st time customer discount. Finally got order on line to work, went to store to pick up order, spoke to man at counter that happened to be same person I spoke to on phone, I asked him for to greek dressings to go with chicken salad pockets, he told me they were 1 dollar extra each. I questioned it and the man started arguing with me about food cost and said he didn't charge me for the cucumbers he put on pockets, no other shop we go to has ever charged for them. I made mention that it was rude to argue with a customer and that it was the first and last time I would be ordering there because of his attitude. This was all before we even tried food at home. My order was 78.00 for 4 sandwiches and 2 orders of wings. The lg. pocket sandwiches were less than smalls at most other locations, pita bread was stale, the wings were over cooked and dry, and the other subs were supposed to be lightly toasted, but were over done. I now know why I never see customers here when I drive by. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. customer service is not a priority nor is customer retention. I only gave one star just so I could write review to save others from disappointment and disappointment!!!!
