Warm place welcomes by courtesy and friendly staff. I was served by a coworker named samantha who always has a smile on her face and greeted me when I come with a very polite and helpful charisma. the load is very clean and hygienic. I had my drink in a few minutes and it tasted really nice and sweet.
A convenient and relaxing coffee shop to take a well-deserved break while shopping in Wrexham. This coffee shop is located just a 5-minute walk from Wrexham's high street and is possibly the best coffee shop in town. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle, it's worth the short walk. The only downside is that they receive a constant stream of food delivery drivers picking up orders. Despite having a designated pick-up area near the door, the constant flow of people waiting for orders can be quite disruptive. They could improve their system for handling this issue, as their coffee is top-notch and they have a good partnership with Costa.
Excellent service, with a generous serving size of coffee. It is a more laid-back spot for catching up with friends. The staff are friendly and courteous, making the experience more enjoyable. The loyalty points program, offering free coffee after every 8th purchase, is a great incentive. The food selection has also been expanded.
The staff is very fast service courtesy and extremely helpful ladies especially the brunette cannot remember their names, but they will go their way to make sure they have the best experience
