In the meantime, as a greeting from the kitchen a piece of broschetta with tomato cubes, quite garlic seasoned. The pizza is absolutely round, cup-shaped, covered with fresh mushrooms, spinach, ham and tuna and one of my own too thick cheese layer – others love this, but I prefer less cheese, so that the dough, tomatoes and other appetizers can develop their flavors. Even the dough was a bit too thick – but it also has to do with personal preferences or not even if I think of the pizzas I recently enjoyed in Italy, it sounds like you have a frozen puddle when you break the dough. Only where were the tomatoes that could only be determined by a slightly reddish discoloration of the dough. Tomato taste was not there. In addition, whether the blunt knife was also necessary to divide some work. On the last question whether it tasted, I complained about the missing tomato taste – whether the pizza was too dry? - No, it's not. Conclusion: I know that I have rated my tribal pizzeria too high, because I have also been subjective, but if I have to classify this pizza into my experiences now, it is more likely to fall, both subjectively and objectively. The service was okay, the ambience naja. It lacks details and an inner architectural basic mood cleanliness is fine. Only the pizza is expressly evaluated here, and the importance of my assessment regarding food is also reduced. Note: I decided to evaluate the overall impression here (not the individual areas as our colleague kgsbus according to the scheme of the kitchen trip. This review background is solved by a restaurant classification. This can apply to both a star place and a pizzeria or a snack. I think that's fair, every restaurant category will be fair, and I'd find it nice if other friends would join and that would prevail for the overall impression here. Very delicious food. From appetizer to dessert tastefully good. Great operation. All attention: It has just noticed all orders from us (11 people) without making notes. at the same time other guests served in this way. We had a great evening here and would like to come back.
