Subway - Yankton

Tried to order deal online. It had it all rung up and Yankton location was a participating location. Then it changed to we aren 't accepting online orders right now . Went to the store to order and said they can 't redeem the online order. Disappointing but I get it if the service was good. Not very fast and not very kind. Haven 't had Subway in a long time. Hoped it would be better.

Went to lunch Thursday at noon. Ordered what I thought was a combo with chips. I ended up ordering the cookies instead. When the young lady at the window explained it, I tried to order the chips the young lady shut the drive thru window and walked away.

There were a lot of staff members in the restaurant, all of which seemed to be very confused as to why they were there. We ended up going elsewhere due to poor service and lack of professional atmosphere.
