Contribuer aux commentairesI cannot comment on the food quality because I was unable to place an order. I entered the restaurant, sat down, and tried to speak with a waitress. However, another group that arrived after me was immediately served while I was ignored. Despite waiting patiently, the waitress continued to pass me by without acknowledgment. Eventually, I got up and informed a different table that it seemed they did not want my business before leaving.
My mother and I were visiting family from out of town and decided to try this restaurant after receiving numerous recommendations. We called ahead to place a Togo order on a Friday evening. When we arrived, the drive-thru window was blocked so we went inside to pick up our food. Despite a lack of customers in the restaurant, the service was poor. The staff ignored us and the woman at the counter was rude, slamming down our receipt and not informing us that our food was ready. When I mentioned the lack of customer service, the owner became aggressive and yelled at me. The food we received was cold and soggy. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 25 years, I was shocked by the disrespect we experienced. This negative experience only added to the sadness of our trip, as we were visiting a relative who has been in the hospital for 3 months.
