What would’ve been an hour and half wait time was cut short to 45mins Thanks to Open Table priority seating!
The food tasted different. not as we use it to taste it red lobster. maybe this place. the rice was so watery, the grilled chicken looked sloppy and no taste. the lobster was gummy.
Fresh seafood And generous portions-service was a bit spotty though
This restaurant needs new management!!! I came to dinner here with my girlfriend it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I never write reviews but this experience was horrible. When we arrived we were sat directly next to the front entrance it’s 25 degrees outside that door gets opened a lot... we proceed to order drinks are greeted by a nice server Ashley. The place was clearly busy but she managed to get us our drinks on time surprisingly our food as well. She asked for another drink lemon Ashley went to get those things. When we suddenly realized the table had no silverware... we attempted to flag down a few people but weren’t successful. That’s when I managed to get the attention of the manager “Jamar Hunt” we told him we needed silverware. I literally saw him walk away from the area of the silverware. 10 mins passed by still no silverware it’s now been about 15 mins since our food arrived the foods cold. So I ask to speak to this same manager. When he approaches me he’s defensive arguing about sending someone to the table with silverware... why couldn’t he just bring the silverware himself ??? Does he feel more entitled than those he works with ??? NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN NEVER DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT STYLE.
