Contribuer aux commentairesI would like to update my previous review. I'm pleased to see that my earlier comments have been taken seriously by the management. Additionally, I've noticed a significant reduction in the waiting time at the juice bar. I encountered a new staff member in this department who was not only polite but also very efficient. I want to thank Mia and the new young man (I apologize for not remembering his name).
I do not recommend this restaurant. The treatment I received felt discriminatory. If you're looking for better service, I suggest trying Bristol Farms instead. I will no longer be giving them my business. It seems they only value certain customers based on appearances. The manager was rude and couldn't provide a valid reason for the negative treatment I experienced. In fact, they openly admitted that if a customer looks a certain way, they might be asked to leave.
The manager was rude and failed to provide any valid explanation for my negative experience. He even admitted that certain customers are turned away based solely on their appearance. I only wanted to grab a poke bowl and a few rolls, but I ended up going to Tokyo Market down the road instead, where I found the same options along with much better service. Based on previous reviews, it seems this location has had ongoing issues with terrible service for at least a year, and I'm shocked that nothing has changed. For a high-end pastry shop, this was a really disappointing experience.
The cookies here live safe to hype. it is beautiful and crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside with tons of chocolate chips and walnuts. I guess I have an unfortunate charge because I almost broke my tooth on the way home to eat the cookies. I was halfway into my biscuits when I had stumbled on something hard that I suspected was a walnut so I tried to bite again without causing. When I spit it out, it turned out that there was a piece of the walnut dish in my cookie that was unhappy. Apart from this inconvenience, the cookie itself was delicious. the personal here is very friendly and the products, meat, etc. are all super fresh.
Bristol Farms definitely looks like a high end grocery store. Everything is organized so neatly. We tried the famous chocolate chip and walnut cookie. It still only costs $3 per cookie, and there is a deal where you get one cookie free if you purchase six cookies. The cookie was still warm when we purchased it, and we both thought it was a winner. The cookie was crisp on top and gooey in the middle. The walnuts remained crunchy and the chocolate chips were melted and creamy. The cookie is perfect for sharing since it's massive. Also, the best thing is that it's not too sweet.
