Or how the Olive Garden dares to call itself a restaurant when it really isn't, and has the audacity to label itself as Italian, which it definitely isn't close to. Americans are willing to eat just about anything if it's marketed well. The niche Panera has carved out in the American psyche is incredible; it’s amazing that they manage to draw people into this place. - WV
I've ordered from here many times, and each time has been perfect—everything is timely and well-organized for every person in our group. The dedication of the staff truly makes my job so much easier. Thank you!
When you compromise quality to maximize profits, you're facing a much bigger issue than just poor customer service or employee retention. It signals a money-first mentality. This was the first Panera location where I noticed they overlooked even basic details like dressing. You can do better than this. If you can't, then the company needs to find someone who can.
It was nice, not too busy or loud. Only enough ambient noises to not distract during an interview. The checkout did not seem to want to store the bakery to take my order. It seemed like I disturbed her.
Forgot my child 's sandwich and then my half sandwich had 3 little strips of chicken salad . Very disappointing and not the first time. Thank you to the manager Liz for making it right. I do not recommend delivery!!!
