Wendy's - Yorktown

I usually do not eat fast food, but I did today do to being crunched with time. I stopped by Wendy's around 1245pm. The young lady who took my order through the drive through was so professional and kind. When I pulled up to the window she had a smile onher face. I was pleased with her customer service skills. Food was fresh and hot. Very pleased with this Wendy's.

The fries wasn't quite as fresh as they advertised but still good and everything was freshly cooked. No menu board inside but I knew what I was getting so no problem on my part.

The sandwiches would be much better if they looked like the ones in the pictures. It would also be great to have chicken nuggets that aren't just heated up in the microwave. Additionally, I would appreciate having medium-sized fries instead of the small, kid-sized portions.

The service was virtually nonexistent. You have to place your order using a kiosk, and one of them was out of order. The girl at the counter didn't engage with us at all, despite our polite attempts to speak to her.

The service was quick and welcoming. However, it was somewhat difficult to hear the cashier through the drive-thru speaker. The food was hot and delicious, and the fries were perfectly salted! The sandwich was assembled with attention to detail—definitely no messiness involved.
