Papas Italian - Zimmerman

I visit Papa's Italian at least once a month with my grandma, and I must say that I absolutely adore the ambiance there. The waitress is lovely and always attentive to our needs. The food is prepared in a reasonable amount of time, and they even have a small buffet with around 4 or 5 items. The soups are exceptional! They also offer a selection of wines and beers. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing dining experience away from the hustle and bustle.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by our server Jade. Despite being new to the restaurant, Jade was eager to offer menu recommendations and assist us without any hesitation. She was incredibly polite, courteous, and engaging in conversation. Not only did she manage the entire dining area efficiently, she also greeted incoming guests and attended to our needs promptly with a smile on her face. Our drinks were never empty, and Jade consistently checked on us throughout our meal, demonstrating a level of energy and dedication rarely seen in someone as young as she is. Jade, thank you for your exceptional service. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic indicate that you are destined for success. We are still amazed by our experience and rate it 5/5 stars for both service and food. Jade, you are truly a star!

Tasty sauce and decent meatballs. Ordered the larger size of spaghetti and portions can depend on who you get (if you are doing order pickup). Kids meals are well priced and well portioned. Overall a nice place to stop and I would recommend. Not a five star due to inconsistent portion sizes when ordering carside.

Apparently the concept of customer service is lost on today's youth. Placed a phone order at Papa's. Upon arrival was witnessed by three or four young wait staff members entering the business. However no one greeted or acknowledged my existence for nearly 5 minutes. One other couple in the restaurants finishing dinner, no one else in the place. After reading reviews and deciding to try this place out, I think I'll try the other Italian place in town next time.

The pizza and hot wings are a favorite in my family. We had a party of 8 on a Saturday night and the service was excellent. We will be back for more pizza and hot wings!
