Negishi Pelikanplatz - Zürich

I took my sister here for her birthday, and the food was truly worth a special occasion. Excellent selection of food items and high-quality ingredients and presentation made for a great experience. Additionally, the waiting staff was incredibly kind and accommodating of our special birthday wishes. Our waitress Fabienne made sure my sister‘s birthday would be a fantastic experience from beginning to end, she was wonderful! Thank you so much, we will be back.

My partner and I love sushi and we often visit sushi bars and restaurants in Zurich. Negishi is probably the best among those given the great products, friendly and efficient customer service, and well designed and cozy interiors. Negishi is also really good (compared to other sushi places in Zurich) when it comes to veganism. Negishi has plenty of vegan options both hot food and sushi, and given that that they also own Nooch (another sushi chain) it would be great if they made one of their locations entirely vegan. Overall, our experience in Negishi has been great and we will definitely go back soon. Updated from previous review on 2021-10-31

Came on one of the nights they do all you can eat sushi for 50. As the previous post suggests, they have more vegan options than the menu would suggest, and the all you can eat option is a great way to sample! The inari was especially delicious. Highly recommend the miso soup as well.
